APEX partners with its Institutional Members and select courts and law offices to accelerate the deployment and adoption and innovative, technology-enabled solutions in the justice sector through internship experiences.
The APEX Professional Experience & Applied Knowledge (PEAK) Internship Program provides qualified students and recent graduates with an opportunity to build valuable legal and professional skills while learning about different areas of APEX’s work and gaining exposure to various fields in the Caribbean justice sector.
APEX offers a limited number of 3-month internships each year. These internships are for students and recent graduates and provide real-world experience to justice technology and service innovations. Interns gain practice experience and the opportunity to play a key role in the transformation of the Caribbean Justice sector.
Knowledge sharing opportunities
The APEX Knowledge Sharing Programme (KSP) is a capacity development initiative in which knowledge, experiences, insights and best practices in court innovation and digital transformation are shared with justice sector stakeholders across the Caribbean and around the world.
The APEX KSP is designed to support the institutional and capacity building of partner countries, courts and bar associations through a series of symposia, workshops, collaborative research projects and policy consultations, and technical assistance. It focuses on priorities and issues identified by the partner countries and institutions.
